Search demand measured for all 95 live GCA agreements: the agreement number is searched, the phrase “MI reporting” beside it is not — every one of the 95 “<number> mi reporting“ terms fell below the measurement threshold. Of the twelve agreements with the highest volume, RM6116 Network Services 3 is the only one that publishes its MI template openly; its template and Framework Schedule 5 were read and a guide published. The other eleven publish Schedule 5 in near-identical wording and no template, so no agreement-specific guide was written for them. RM6116 remains an unsupported route: nothing on this site prepares or checks an RM6116 return. Both agreement guides gained a plain question-and-answer block, marked up as FAQPage, answering the questions suppliers actually ask about the deadline, the nil month, the template and the default charge.

Source review of the CCS document Management Information Admin Fees and Default Charges (21 February 2020). The default and charge wording on the RM6292 page previously appeared as a quotation but was our own summary; it is now the source wording, and the entitlements after an MI Default are stated as the document states them — charge, suspension and termination joined by “and/or”, not automatically together. Three guides published under Guides, each citing the document it relies on. Crawl policy set explicitly in robots.txt: answer engines allowed, bulk scrapers not. Single-return purchase introduced at £15 for one prepared return; it applies to the same coverage entries as the subscription, currently RM6292 Cloud Compute 2 only.

HealthTrust Europe twelve-field contractual core checked against the published Framework Terms and Conditions (section 11) and the current monthly KPI notice. GCA agreement directory reviewed: 96 agreements listed; RM6292 Cloud Compute 2 remains the only agreement verified for self-service purchase.

RM6292 template v1.3 re-verified: workbook sheet structure and headers, required cells, field lengths, date and decimal formats, published lot and order-channel values, and the 88 valid service combinations. Next scheduled source review: 16 September 2026.

GCA customer URN reference list updated from the published source: 51,202 active and 3,767 replaced or merged eight-digit URNs loaded into the validator and workspace checks.
