Stop rebuilding the same HTE return every month.
Check the twelve-field contractual core free. Before a paid workflow is offered, UK Filing confirms your exact framework and any additional template fields.
What it does
The mapping stays put
Each participating authority is mapped to its HTE code, each framework to its contract reference, and each item to its part number, description and unit of measure. Mapped once, reused every month.
Twelve fixed fields, with additions kept explicit
The twelve fields named in the current terms cover authority, contract, invoice, item, price, quantity, VAT and totals. Any similar information requested by HTE is treated as an explicit framework variation instead of an invented fixed thirteenth column. See what HealthTrust Europe suppliers actually have to report for what each field means.
The monthly deadline is visible
Current HTE terms require the previous month's information by the 15th; when that date is not a Business Day, the applicable published contracts move the deadline to the preceding Business Day. The calculator checks the official England and Wales bank-holiday list.
The current framework terms set liquidated damages at £250 for each month of delay when management information is still missing 14 days after the due date.

Coverage
| Return | Frequency | Fields | Verified on | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HTE standard MI return | Monthly | 12 fixed | 17 Aug 2026 | Contractual core checked Framework-specific confirmation required |
| Framework-specific variation | — | — | — | On request |
HTE can request additional, similar information with one month's notice. Framework-specific variations are versioned separately instead of being silently forced into one format.

Why more than GCA? Every HTE subscription starts with a verification of your exact framework's template and any additional fields — checkout opens only after that check. That work is included in the price.
Monthly billing, no minimum term. Cancel before the next billing period. Up to 50,000 populated rows and 20 MB per stored file.

Your data
The free validator reads a selected CSV or workbook only inside the browser. Its content and row count are not transmitted to Dali AI, Cloudflare or another provider, and disappear from working memory when the page is closed or refreshed.
Checkout is handled by Stripe and never includes the selected file. After payment, the private customer workspace stores framework mappings and files intentionally uploaded for a monthly run for up to 90 days. See Security and Privacy.
Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HealthTrust Europe LLP. Contract information is published at healthtrusteurope.com and Find a Tender.
Questions
What happens to my invoice data?
The free check runs locally in your browser. The file is not uploaded, stored or recorded. Please do not send invoice files by email.
Where is the service hosted?
Cloudflare delivers the site and runs the paid workspace. D1 stores customer and workflow records in its Eastern Europe region; encrypted KV stores uploaded files with automatic expiry.
What if HTE changes the fields?
The workspace identifies the version last verified by UK Filing. We review published changes with reasonable care; you must check any operator notice and pause submission if the displayed version no longer matches.
Do I have to connect my ERP?
No. A spreadsheet or CSV export of your invoice lines is enough. There is no integration to install.
What about several frameworks?
Choose the number before checkout. Each framework keeps its own contract reference and mapping; each one after the first adds £19 per month.
How do I cancel?
Use the secure Stripe customer portal or write to [email protected] before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no minimum term and no call.
