Stop rebuilding the same RM6292 workbook every month.

Next MI deadline 5th working day — Monday 7 September

Map your invoice export once, prepare the verified v1.3 workbook, run the implemented RM6292 checks and retain a dated validation record before you submit.

Check an RM6292 workbook — free £15 for one prepared return, or £39/month to keep the mapping.

What it does

The mapping stays put

Your item catalogue maps to the Service Table — 88 valid combinations of Lot × Product/Service Group × DDaT Role × Unit of Measure — and each customer to its 8-digit URN. Mapped once, reused every month.

The official template is untouched

Output is the GCA's own .xlsx, with sheet structure, hidden sheets and formats intact. Only the data cells are filled. No rebuild.

“The Supplier may not make any amendment to the current MI Reporting Template without the prior Approval of GCA.”

Nil months stay visible

A month without business is still reportable. UK Filing keeps the month and deadline visible; the supplier completes “Report no business” in GCA's Report MI portal rather than uploading a blank workbook — see how a nil month is reported.

The workspace

The actual customer workspace, shown with fabricated sample data: template version and verification date at the top, the reusable field mapping below. Mapped once, reused every month.

“If two (2) MI Reports are not provided in any rolling six (6) month period then an MI Default shall be deemed to have occurred”

Crown Commercial Service, Management Information Admin Fees and Default Charges (PDF, 21 February 2020), published on the GCA Report MI site. On an MI Default the buyer may charge a Default Management Charge — the higher of £500 or the average Management Charge of the previous six months — and may suspend the supplier from the agreement, or terminate the contract.

The GCA agreement directory listed 96 agreements when checked on 17 August 2026. Self-service generation is currently verified only for RM6292 Cloud Compute 2; another template requires written confirmation before purchase. The reporting duty itself is the same on every agreement — what RM6376 Supply Teachers suppliers report each month shows how the same fifth-working-day rule looks on a different template.

Three ways to use it

Each tier has one honest limit. They are named here so you can pick the smallest one that solves your problem.

Free validator. Checks a workbook you have already built, in your browser. It checks. It does not build. Free
Single return. Builds the official workbook once, for one agreement and one reporting month. It does not remember: next month starts from scratch. £15 once
Monthly subscription. Builds and remembers: saved mapping, deadline and nil-month tracking. Each additional agreement +£19/month. It does not submit for you. £39/month

Your data

The free validator reads a selected workbook only inside the browser. Its content and row count are not transmitted to Dali AI, Cloudflare or another provider, and disappear from working memory when the page is closed or refreshed.

Checkout is handled by Stripe and never includes the selected workbook. After payment, the private customer workspace stores agreement mappings and files intentionally uploaded for a monthly run for up to 90 days. See Security and Privacy.

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government Commercial Agency or Crown Commercial Service. Official templates and guidance are published at gca.gov.uk.

Questions

What happens to my invoice data?

The free check runs locally in your browser. The workbook is not uploaded, stored or recorded. Please do not send invoice files by email.

Where is the service hosted?

Cloudflare delivers the site and runs the paid workspace. D1 stores customer and workflow records in its Eastern Europe region; encrypted KV stores uploaded files with automatic expiry.

What if GCA changes the template?

The workspace identifies the version last verified by UK Filing. We review published changes with reasonable care; you must check any operator notice and pause submission if the displayed version no longer matches.

Do I have to connect my ERP?

No. A spreadsheet export of your invoice lines is enough. There is no integration to install.

What about several agreements?

Choose the number before checkout. Each agreement keeps its own mapping and template version; each one after the first adds £19 per month.

How do I cancel?

Use the secure Stripe customer portal or write to [email protected] before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no minimum term and no call.

What does “verified coverage” mean?

Coverage means the listed template and checks were tested on the stated date. It does not decide whether a transaction belongs to RM6292 or guarantee portal acceptance.

When does RM6292 reporting end?

The official GCA agreement page currently lists 27 November 2026 as the framework end date and describes an extension option. A framework end date does not by itself establish when a supplier's reporting duties under existing arrangements end. Confirm your own continuing obligation before subscribing.
