What the monthly workflow adds
The single return is a one-off payment and creates no subscription; workspace access ends 30 days after payment. The subscription is billed monthly with no minimum term — cancel before renewal in the secure customer portal. Stripe requires a supported payment method. A subscription workspace keeps its source and output files for 90 days; a single return keeps them for its 30-day access window. Either can be deleted sooner.
The paid workspace stores its workflow records in a Cloudflare D1 database whose primary region is Eastern Europe, and the uploaded files in Workers KV, which is global. The free validator is not affected: it never sends the file anywhere. Full detail is in Security.

Two anonymous sample results
Try the free validator with fabricated HTE-format files. They contain no real organisation, contract, invoice or customer data. Select July 2026 as the reporting month, otherwise every row is additionally flagged as outside the selected month.

| File | Result | Rows | Errors | Warnings | What it shows |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| hte-example.csv | No structural errors found | 1 | 0 | 0 | The implemented checks found no issue; customer review and submission are still required. |
| hte-example-with-errors.csv | Blocking errors found | 5 | 2 | 2 | A missing contractual field and an impossible invoice date block the return; a gross total that does not add up and a fully repeated row are raised for your judgement. |
